Hello and welcome,
Bury Gymnastic Club Ltd. (B.G.C.) is a non profit making organisation and is affiliated to British Gymnastics (BG), English Gymnastics and the North West Gymnastic Association.
The purpose of the Club is to foster and promote the sport of gymnastics at all levels, providing opportunities for recreation and competition. The Club will:-
• provide a safe environment for gymnastics activities
• Continually assess coaching methods and procedures to reflect current training and accepted good practice.
• Ensure that all current and future members receive fair and equal treatment.
• Establish a reputation for exercise and fun.
It is with enormous sadness that I report the death of Mrs. Margaret Robinson who died last month. Margaret was the first chairperson of the Mosses Gymnastics Club and without her help and dedication Bury Gymnastics club would not exist. In recent years Margaret was a fundraising stalwart for Bury Hospice, typically thinking of others before herself. She possessed the gift of being able to see the positive side of life and never failed to give that most precious gift, encouragement. She will be sadly missed by all who’s lives she touched. Mike.
