Thirty some years ago, it seemed like a good idea to persuade the good folk of Bury that a gymnastics club would be a good idea.
It seems a good many people still agree.
Now that we have been given permission to build a fantastic new facility at Goshen we need both to look forward and to the past.
Nowt beats hard work is a translation of our town's motto...Vincit Omnia Industria. That is what has brought us here.
That ideal is what will take us forward and allow us to provide a legacy of lasting worth for our young people.
Let's celebrate and let's get cracking!

What a fantastic few days.
Last weekend we travelled to Goresbrook leisure centre in London for the mens British Championshis and Masters finals.Taking part were,Theo Seager (Under 18’s) Mason Whealing & Michael Finch (Under 14’s) and Joshua Hogarth (Under 16’s). Just to have four gymnasts qualify for the event was exceptional and to see them compete so well was great.

Saturday evening and Theo, Paul and I attended a gala dinner to celebrate the successes of the British men's gymnasts this year.
It was a splendid event and so good for the club to pick up three awards for our contribution.
Sunday morning, back in the gym to watch Theo take part in the Masters.
After competing in both the floor and vault finals, he emerged with both titles. A truly amazing achievement. Well done!
